Our client, a prominent automotive manufacturer in Shaanxi, operates a state-of-the-art production facility manufacturing passenger vehicles. The plant requires massive volumes of high-purity compressed air for critical applications including robotic painting, pneumatic assembly tools, injection molding, and part cleaning. Their primary pain points were threefold: inconsistent air quality causing paint defects and assembly line stoppages, escalating energy costs from outdated equipment, and frequent maintenance disruptions that directly reduced production output. They needed a comprehensive, integrated solution—not just standalone compressors—delivering ISO 8573-1 Class 0 oil-free air with maximum energy efficiency and minimum downtime.
After 18 months of continuous production, our compressor station achieved 99.8% uptime with zero oil contamination incidents, eliminating painting defects and maintaining flawless assembly line performance. The VFD system delivered 18% energy savings plus additional heat recovery savings. Production losses from air system downtime were virtually eliminated, directly increasing factory output. The automotive group has now standardized our compressor stations across their two other plants, solidifying our position as their trusted long-term partner for critical manufacturing infrastructure.
