Certificate description

The 3A rating is the highest credit rating assigned by rating agencies. It refers to bonds or companies that have received the highest credit rating from Standard & Poor’s or Moody’s, and is denoted by the rating symbol “AAA.”
The 3A rating (also known as the AAA rating) is the highest credit rating assigned by rating agencies (such as Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s, China Chengxin International, and United Credit Rating) and applies to corporate entities or bonds.
The long-term credit rating system used in China generally follows a three-tier, nine-grade structure, with AAA as the highest grade.
An AAA rating indicates that a company has a high level of creditworthiness, low debt risk, sound operations, strong profitability, and promising prospects for growth.
A corporate issuer with a long-term credit rating of AAA demonstrates an extremely strong ability to repay debt, is largely unaffected by adverse economic conditions, and has an extremely low risk of default; A long-term credit rating of AAA for a bond indicates that the bond is extremely safe and carries an extremely low risk of default.
Obtaining an AAA issuer credit rating is an authoritative certification of a company’s comprehensive strength and reputation, helping to reduce financing costs and broaden financing channels.
In the United States, only two companies—Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft—hold an AAA rating.
