From the actual photos you see, it can be seen that it is a real "big guy" (4250 × 2180 × 2450mm). We abandoned fancy designs and focused all costs on the core components: equipped with a two-stage compression host from BSC BHE337L/1.5, paired with an Oerlikon permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and water cooling system. The two-stage compression significantly reduces its operating temperature, and with the addition of variable frequency drive (VSD), it can save more than 30% energy compared to ordinary single-stage air compressors. To be more practical, we have built-in a waste heat recovery system for you - the waste heat generated during the compression process can be directly converted into hot water at 70-80 ℃ for your factory workers to bathe or provide heating for the workshop.

Q2: I see a yellow chassis with wheels under the actual picture. Is it built-in to the machine?
A: It's not true. The yellow chassis is the AGV car used in our workshop to transport this 3-ton heavy equipment (with the words' No Overloading 'written on it). The machine you received is the blue mainframe part in the picture, which is equipped with a sturdy black base that can be directly fixed to the ground with anchor bolts.
Q3: What additional preparations do I need for a water-cooled air compressor?
A: You need to prepare a cooling water tower or circulating water tank, as well as connecting pipes. The heat dissipation efficiency of water-cooled systems is much higher than that of air-cooled systems, making them particularly suitable for continuous operation with high power (355kW).
